Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Classes missed by the student for any reason will not be made up. Credits will not be applied and refund will not be given. Generally, the studio is open even if school is cancelled. Tuition is based on enrollment, not atttendance. Makeups are not available. This policy ensures that your child's exclusive lesson time is reserved and that they have continuous access to our premium music educational resources. Please call, or email, if you will not be attending classes.
Janica reserves all rights to cancel or dismiss any student who does not follow the recommended guidelines or whose parent does not prescribe to the studio policies and fees when efforts fail to correct a situation.
Tuition reflects the amount of personalized preparation I put into each student's lesson plans, the cost of piano maintenance, teaching supplies & studio expenses, as well as continuing education and professional memberships which enhance my level of teaching.
